What Counts as an Emergency HVAC Repair
We treat a call as an emergency when a system shuts down completely and can't reasonably wait, no heat or cooling at all, a burning smell coming from your unit, or a breakdown hitting right when the weather turns extreme.
Our emergency line is monitored around the clock so a technician can size up what's going on and get moving, with the most serious Lenexa, KS calls handled first.
Why You Shouldn't Wait It Out
Losing heat or air conditioning entirely during a heat wave or cold snap isn't just uncomfortable, it can genuinely put young kids, elderly family members, or anyone relying on medical equipment at risk.
Letting a failure sit untouched can also turn a minor fix into a much bigger repair bill. Getting a technician out quickly keeps both the discomfort and the eventual cost down.
